SHIPPING

All RTS (ready to ship) items will ship within 1-3 business days. 

All MTO (made to order) and custom items will ship in 7-14 business days

Business days are classified as Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central time zone (USA).

Cute as can be Props will not ship on any postal holidays.

International orders: I do my best to provide you with the best possible shipping rates and If I am able to get your order shipped for less than the website estimates then I will refund that shipping difference. please contact us if you would like a better estimate that you are quoted during check out. 

SHIPPING METHODS

All items are shipped via USPS. We offer first class, priority and priority express shipping in the USA.  All international orders are shipped via first class international mail. Please contact us for an alternative shipping options

COLOR VARIATIONS

Due to different monitors, Cute as can be Props can't guarantee that colors will be the same as what you see on your computer screen.  

Please note that "in use" photographs may not be true representation of color due to each persons editing and lighting.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We offer several items in custom colors and sizes and have listings for those but if you do not see what you are looking for please contact us here, instagram or Facebook and we will get started on any custom outfits you wish.

Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Due to our items being hand made We require you to have written request for a return so we can help you with any concerns or problems you may have. please contact us before returning your items as we want to make things right and get you what you need

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to see if we have more as most of our items are one of a kind items
